Ring Spotlight vs. Floodlight — What’s Different?
Night Vision – There are a couple of differences in terms of night vision, with Ring Spotlight hardwired, and wired option you’ll have access to enhanced color night vision, same with Ring Floodlight.
While Ring Spotlight battery only offers basic black & white night view.
Zoom – Ring Floodlight camera also includes a zoom feature that allows you to zero in on any suspicious activity that’s further away while Ring Spotlight doesn’t offer this type of function.
Power Options – It’s clear that the biggest difference between the two models is the power options.
Ring Floodlight Cam can only be hardwired, while Spotlight Cam can be hardwired, wired, plugged in or powered by a solar panel for more flexibility.
