Lutron

Syncs with Music – Music syncing is a fun feature, which unfortunately Lutron Caseta lacks.

Whereas Philips Hue allows you to seamlessly sync up your lights to respond to your music or games.

Light Color – The Lutron Caseta system is pretty flexible when it comes to its light color options.

However, with Philips Hue, you’re slightly more limited to White, White Ambiance, or White Ambiance & Color light bulbs.

Works with Sonos Speakers – Lutron Caseta Wireless is also compatible with Sonos Speakers, which means that you can Hook up your music up to a Sonos PLAY:5

While Philips Hue does offer compatibility with music, it doesn’t integrate with Sonos speakers.

Technology – Both models also use their own technology.

Lutron uses its own Lutron Clear Connect frequency, while the Philips system uses ZigBee in order to control its bulbs.
