iRobot Roomba s9 vs. i7 — What’s Different?
PerfectEdge™ Technology – Roomba’s s9 PerfectEdge technology will allow your smart vacuum to get into those tight and difficult to clean corners with its maximized-edge design and angled corner brush.
While Roomba i7 doesn’t include this function.
Suction – Additionally, iRobot Roomba s9 also comes with a much stronger suction power of 40x compared to i7’s 5x.
This allows the s9 model to get deeper into the dirt and dust.
Power Boost – In addition to its impressive suction power, Roomba s9 also comes with a Power boost setting that works really well on carpets and hardwood floors.
Unfortunately, the i7 model lacks this feature.
Design – When it comes to size, Roomba s9 features a more compact design with a diameter of 12.25’’ & 3.5’’ height. Additionally, It’s unique ‘D’’ shape also allows it to get into those smaller spaces as well.
Whereas Roomba i7 comes in larger dimensions of 13.3’’ diameter and 3.6’’ in height.
