Reviews – When it comes to what the people say, the common issue seems to be Anova Bluetooth + WiFi immersion cooker’s connectivity to WiFi claiming that it’s unreliable and usually they need to switch to a Bluetooth connection instead.

Apart from that, both immersion cookers have generally positive reviews.

Convenience – In terms of convenience, the Anova WiFi option has an edge since you’re not required to be in close proximity while the food is being prepared.

Whereas the Anova Bluetooth cooker requires a smartphone that is connected to it to remain within 33 feet of the cooker in order for it to be effectively operated and controlled.

Anova Culinary App – While both cookers are compatible with the Anova app, with the WiFi model you’ll need to create an Anova account, whereas for Anova Bluetooth option no account is necessary.

Connectivity – The big difference between the two models is the connectivity.

As the name already suggests, Anova Bluetooth uses a Bluetooth connection that requires you to be within 33 feet of the cooker in order to control it, while Anova Bluetooth + WiFi uses both options, offering more flexibility.

Heating Power – There’s also a minor difference when it comes to the healing power of both cookers.

With the WiFi + Bluetooth option having a slight edge with its 900W of power, whereas the Bluetooth option alone has a lesser 800W.

Cost – In terms of cost, Anova Bluetooth + WiFi model is a little more expensive due to its added functionality and WiFi connectivity.

Smart Home Integration – The added benefit of the Anova Bluetooth + WiFi precision cooker is its smart home integration.

Meaning that you can use Alexa’s voice commands for simple controls such as checking the status of your food, or to change the temperature.

While the Bluetooth model offers no smart home compatibility.
